Bachelor of Ministry (Pastoral Ministries)

My first elective course was on ‘The book of Philippians’ where divine strength consistently shone in the life of our dear friend, Paul. Philippians 4:13 as he joyfully shouts his Identity in Christ : “Yes..., I can do it! It is through Christ in me”. I have been with AOI College for over a year. It is very rewarding and so rich in ploughing through the word of God with fellow believers. Where seeds are sown, so will there be great harvests.

Programs

The Bachelor of Ministry (Pastoral Ministries) is a three-year course of study designed for those who intend to further their training from the Dip.Th. program to a more practical oriented program. This program focuses on the practical aspects of ministry as it relates to the local church.

The objective of this program is that the student will:

Cognitive:

Know basic biblical and theological content
Effective apply biblical principles to ministry
Understand the philosophy and mission of the church

Affective:

Grow in their love for the church and ministry in fulfilling the Great Commission
Desire to adequately fulfill their roles in the local church
Cultivate sanctified aspirations in professional ministry

Life and Ministry Skills:

Develop servant-leadership in the use of gifts, skills and tools
Effectively communicate practical applications of biblical truth
Acquire and develop ministry skills
Develop pastoral skills in counselling
Develop skills in church administration
