The Bachelor of Ministry (Pastoral Ministries) is a three-year course of study designed for those who intend to further their training from the Dip.Th. program to a more practical oriented program. This program focuses on the practical aspects of ministry as it relates to the local church.
The objective of this program is that the student will:
Cognitive:
- Know basic biblical and theological content
- Effective apply biblical principles to ministry
- Understand the philosophy and mission of the church
Affective:
- Grow in their love for the church and ministry in fulfilling the Great Commission
- Desire to adequately fulfill their roles in the local church
- Cultivate sanctified aspirations in professional ministry
Life and Ministry Skills:
- Develop servant-leadership in the use of gifts, skills and tools
- Effectively communicate practical applications of biblical truth
- Acquire and develop ministry skills
- Develop pastoral skills in counselling
- Develop skills in church administration
