The Master of Arts in Ministry program is a graduate program designed to provide advanced professional knowledge and skills for pastors and church workers presently in active ministry. It focuses on the practical aspects of ministry.
The objective of the Master of Arts in Ministry program is that the students will:
Cognitive:
- Develop the knowledge of, and skills in, the interpretation and application of Scripture
- Effectively apply biblical principles to ministry
Affective:
- Grow in their love for the church and missions in fulfilling the Great Commission
- Desire to adequately fulfill their roles in church and missions
- Cultivate sanctified aspirations in professional ministry
Life and Ministry Skills:
- Develop servant-leadership in use of gifts, skills and tools
- Effectively communicate practical application of biblical truth
- Apply biblical principles to life situation
- Acquire skills in leadership development
